Excellent work by Mr Narayan ! The pool area is always clean and well maintained. Really appreciate how you take personal care in keeping everything neat and inviting. Thankyou for taking care of my son while we were not around. I suggest ibis style to have more team members like Narayan.... Reservation team lacking on hosting skills and least bother about guest coming to your resort travelling 15 to 18 hours. And service team is in another world only...if guest ask them to clean the table before they seat their act is "please take another table" asked for water their reply "please take it from other table" this was disgusting...in my entire years of holidays experience this is 1st time I have ever seen...hygiene is not at all maintained in restaurant..I saw Narayan helping in restaurant taking care of pool and even assisting guest carring their language to the room really appreciated. Food was good but consistency of taste was missing...but over all happy with food and pool assistance. Rest reservation and restaurant service was pathetic. Room service Housekeeping was also found upto the mark.

The room was beautiful as was the property and the swimming pool as well as the restaurant. Delicious food was prepared, even the breakfast spread was lovely. Only the service was too slow even though the staff was very courteous. They take atleast 20 minutes just to attend to you and even cold drinks are served 15 minutes after you have ordered it. Overall a thumbs up.

Great Value and convenient base for exploring North Goa

The property is located at the heart of North Goa, with very easy access to a number of beaches within 15 minutes. The room and Bathroom was clean and AC worked well. The breakfast spread was decent, except for the coffee machine- which did not work. Staff were supportive and courteous. Corridors were not clean and were stinking badly. In entrance of the room, welcome drink was placed weirdly which remained till we checked out.

Great experience. Nice pool. The restaurant service of this hotel is awesome. Breakfast served here was hot. Friendly staff. Lots of variety available. The services are top class and the behaviour of the chef and staff is simply amazing. they were really great with our stay in Ibis.. truly amazing. Valet parking available. A Delightful Two-Night ,All-Inclusive Experience Overall Rating: 5/5 Stars My family enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at the Hotel IBIS Styles Vegator on their inclusive meal package, and we were thoroughly impressed. It was the perfect short retreat, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent dining. Room & Comfort (5/5): We stayed in a Standard room which was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable and Everything felt fresh and modern, and the complimentary toiletries and in-room amenities (like the high-speed Wi-Fi) were a nice touch. It was also surprisingly quiet location. Dining Experience (5/5): The inclusive meals were the highlight of our stay. Breakfast: The buffet spread was great offering everything from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order eggs and regional specialties. The quality of ingredients was high, and the service staff were prompt to assist. Dinner: We had dinner both evenings at the in house spiceit restaurant . The variety and quality exceeded our expectations for a set package. The menu changed slightly on the second night, which was appreciated, and the food was delicious and well-presented. Having all meals taken care of made the trip so much more relaxing. Service & Staff (5/5): Every member of staff we encountered, from the front desk during a swift check-in/out process, to the housekeeping team, and the restaurant servers, was genuinely friendly and professional. They were attentive without being intrusive, which truly elevated the entire experience. Value for Money (5/5): Considering the room, the quality of the all-inclusive meals, and the wonderful service, the booking offered fantastic value for a short, hassle-free getaway. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. For anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and gastronomically pleasing short break, the IBIS Styles hotel is an excellent choice. We can't wait to return!

We booked a 5-day stay at this hotel, choosing the Superior Room with a queen-size bed, including breakfast and lunch/dinner in the package. The room was perfect — modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The shower was amazing, the bed very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the balcony. Fresh bottled water was provided daily, which was a nice touch. The overall vibe and look of the hotel were great, with a stylish design and a lovely outdoor pool that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Preety and Tabita, who served us in the restaurant with constant smiles and great attention, always making sure we were happy. Also, Mayank Singh, the cook, really stood out — he took special requests and went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our liking. The breakfast buffet was top-notch — mostly Indian dishes, but everything was fresh, tasty, and offered in great variety. Dinner, however, was a mixed experience. Out of our 5 nights, we had 2 buffet dinners and 3 à la carte evenings. The first buffet night was fantastic, with delicious options and great quality. But the next evening, when the menu switched to à la carte, the choices were very limited. We ordered chicken as a main course and received a bowl of curry with just a few tiny pieces of chicken — even after asking for a correction, it came back much the same. This was a bit disappointing compared to the excellent buffet experience. If you enjoy exploring, it might be better not to include dinner in the package and instead try the many nearby restaurants. The reception staff were attentive, and any small issues we had were handled promptly and politely. A great hotel for a relaxing stay with wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and excellent breakfast. With some improvements to the à la carte dinner options, it could easily be a full 5-star experience.

Not worth the stay

Location was decent, rooms were ok. Here are things I did not like - 1. No valet available when we checked in at 8PM. 2. No welcome drinks offered on arrival. 3. 15% discount on F&B is mentioned in my package but when I ordered food in my room, discount was denied saying it's only applicable in restaurant and not in room dining. 4. Breakfast spread was ok, went for breakfast at 10 and no one was paying attention although it was almost empty. 5. Bathroom door in room, it wasn't normal push and pull, rather slide and it was not at all working well. 6. No exhaust in bathroom was shocking. 7. No napkin in the bathroom, only few tissue papers. 8. After paying for a 4 star hotel, these basic misses are not expected.
