Room was having only 2 adapters. One of them didn’t work and another one was too far from the bed. Service guy came and put the extension cord. Another issue was the Air conditioning was not up to the mark. I woke up at 3:30am, called service guy who fixed it.

Terrible Stay

I booked pure paid deluxe room with queen size bed non smoking but i was given a smoking twin bed room saying the room i booked is not available. Not just that they called me asking if i have given 12 piece of cloths for laundry which i didn’t. I called for service to fix the fridge in my room as it was not working but nobody came. Not booking this hotel again

businessI forgot some stuff in the room but the hotel didn't bother to call me as I was shifting to another hotel the same day ,I remembered and called them up in the evening, they accepted that they have the stuff and asked me to book Porter service , when I booked the Porter still they made him wait for half an hour, terrible experience,will never come back here

The hotel room was bad. Very small and no shower head only shower handle and for a tall guy it was difficult.

The stay was great, the check-in and check out was easy i didn't even have to wait for more than 5 minutes the staff were friendly and helped me whenever there was any issue.
