a good place with limited resources and was quite good. The staffs could have been more available.

The reception area did not have any staff, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. The room did not have a floor mat, and overall the room was not perfect. However, the room and bathroom were clean. Towels, soap, and a toiletry kit were also not available in the room

Room size was too small and location was not good, there was sound coming from outside whole night, electricity issue was there and generator backup wasn't there, noone coming to clean room because they had small window of cleaning time and I had to go to work at thst time, bathroom was small, no space for shower

clean and calm stay, Good for family, solo traveller and for group business travel

Experience was ok ok. Location definitely is a very plus, but the major negative is value for money as there is no food available . Rooms re decent and they do clean daily. Wifi washing machines fridge water cooler everything is available. I paid roughly 900 per day without food which to me is bit high

Location is good, but this is a Zolo mens hostel just T. No car parking

It’s terrible stay : no Wi-Fi.. when i contacted property manager he said access code is no shared then after calling customer care multiple time got the Wi-Fi after a day. No room service for 2 days. No one is present at the property to complain any issue . It’s been most terrible experience

we had a very comfort stay at zolo lake front service was good, we felt very safe ,we need not travel much for all our needs everything was nearby, environment was so good. we had a pleasant stay, Thank you🙏
