Very less option in breakfast, not smooth operations for visiting guest, while the hotel is couple friendly, rude behavior found from hotel Manager Soham who was in night shift, even if wanted to increase the pax count offline and he denied.

it was good and convenient. The place is good easy to find. but cleanliness has been taken for granted.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shivashish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location on SG Highway made it very convenient to travel around the city. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a good experience — definitely recommended for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Thaltej.

The service is terrible, gave a faulty room. The ceiling fell off, thankgod nobody was under it. Even after that the staff had the audacity to stay In the same room. Never book this room

City location is easy to access. Room Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast items are selected but quality and taste is at par. Couple friendly. Rooms are big enough.

The photos which have put on website and actual room is different. There are total 3 hotels in the same building each floor acquired by 3 hotel. Rooms are okay as per rate. Outside building is old and weird entry is from parking. Lift is hilarious the old style. No proper maintainance. No hot water. No gyser in the room. Some staff is friend some are not. 2 people sitting on the reception. One so arrogant. Towels are not so clean. Rooms have only AC. People are smoking inside the room so the smell stays in the room. Bed is good atleast I slept over a hectic day. Limited options in breakfast. Poha, idli, dosa, paratha, bread butter and tea. No coffee they serve. Room sizes are small. Convenient for single person only. Not for the 2 people. Average stay for corporate who have lower budget like per day allowances. I felt suffocated because no outside light AC in the room full of time. No fresh air. Dark sheds make you dizzy

Average property staff is not co operative. Ambience is good with average food. Location is near to SG Highway
