Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi

Television didn’t work , they didn’t even help me to fix it, I paid for whole day but didn’t even stayed for 3 hours, Aircondition also didn’t worked properly

Stay was excellent,property was very good, room service, hygiene and quality of food was very good

They dont provide the room even if we say we will check out at 11 am... they took 1.5 hrs to provide the room just for 2 hours

It's all good near to airport. Easy Lee available to airport. Daytime booking is available at this hotel and a very good experience and good for room accessories and all available staffs et cetera

The reception staff during night time was quite rude and the hospitality was disappointing and the room was also not made properly when we checked in

The Stay was excellent. The room was as good as it could have been and service was equally good as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. To top this off the food was outstanding. We had dinner & breakfast and everything that we tried was 10/10 personally. Overall loved the short stay we had & would love to visit again.

Its located in such nice location.. Everything is in access whether food or transportation.. The ambience is so cool and staff is very nice.. Easy and fast check in process.. Over all 10 of 10 rating 🌹💞

I stayed at Pride Plaza yesterday and had a very disappointing experience overall. The staff seemed completely untrained and quite rude. Check-in took a long time, and even the key they gave me didn’t work — not even in the lift. When I went back to get it fixed, the person at the counter was rude again. While the food presentation and taste were good, the room service was very slow. The rooms looked small and old, and the quilt provided was dirty and felt worn out. There were no towels or tissues in the bathroom, and even after requesting them from housekeeping, I only received tissues. Overall, it was a poor experience. Even outside, some staff members were leaning on guests’ cars and staring at people, which was very unprofessional. Would not recommend staying here.

Good location and convenient..not exactly value for money..breakfast is average in taste...better options there in vicinity at same price

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. In past years we have stayed at The Four Seasons when we've been in Phila. Now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than Hotel Monaco. The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the quality of thefood in the on-site restaurant. This seems to be an issue at quite a few Kimptons that operate the restaurant rather then have it run but an outside entity. (although we had room service twice and it was excellent)

I order tea and revived after 2 hrs and it’s normal hot . I request for water it’s take 1 hrs . And I request ice for drink it’s take 45 minutes. I order snacks ( pakora) they say it’s not available.iam totally disappointed because it’s was not my first visit I stay several time I always happy with the service and Staff behave

The location, food, and staff were very good. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only problem is that the rooms are a bit old and compared with the other good 5 stars in Aerocity. The check in when I arrived in an airport pick up but the checkout was way too slow. It’s still an excellent choice as long as you know this.

It was a very pleasant stay, food was great, beverages at room were upto the quality standards. things to improve bathroom ware, bathing tub had patches of repair. Liquid soaps were hard to skin Hand showers were functioning with difficulty.
