It was amazing, staff was very quick and service are the best in Hermitage by The Cosy Hotels (Near Lotus Temple). I enjoyed the food which was delicious. Rooms are very clean and beautiful.

Location is 15 min near to Kailash colony metro station. Hotel room is clean but can be improved. Staff is helping but lacking in room amenities. As all the rooms are at the back side of Hermitage by The Cosy Hotels (Near Lotus Temple) you would not like to open the window. As make my trip has given 50% discount it is value for money in that budget.

Although the place looks more of home rather Hermitage by The Cosy Hotels (Near Lotus Temple). Most of the time, there is no body to respond as only 1 guy takes care of the place. Average cleanliness, and other facilities. Close proximity to many prime locations.

Service, friendliness, quality and cleanliness - The first four words that come to my mind. It is like a second home. The food was excellent and service commendable. The overall experience right from the front desk to the Chef, the room was amazing and clean.

Our trip was not a leisure but a medical tour since all indie lungs institute was near. Located in a posh society and hence security is top notch. Nice facade. Rooms are pretty big enough.

Staff is following good safety measures. Using sanitizers temp. Check machines at the receptions. Lobby was sanitized properly. Also room were clean too. Staff was good. Everything is as per the pics given on website. Overall stay was good. Thanks
