Service is very poor . And restaurant services are worst they don’t care some group Is sitting for lunch or dinner and there must be any one to attend that group. We called service boys shoutedly we felt bad that sitting in five star and service more worst than oyo Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka. When so ever we come to porch by car and we say them to park they ask 200 rs when we r room guest then money for what . Then their policy go inside manage will put stamp seems like we r idiots. They must know whose guest and whose not . One sided door always closed from reception side to go towards Mall side it must be open permanently for guests . Room given to us was more worst no almirah . U felt we r like bihari labour in give star jangling clothes on a rod. Terrible . Overall is waste of money in this Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka . No courtesy at reception also they think they r owners . Restaurant manage feel he is the only person running the Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka and no atticates. Really ‘embrassing situation in restaurant .

Location, food, amenities and services superb..... Main door of all rooms makes heavy noise on closing...issue needs attention.... It is always a greeeeeeeat pleasure to be at Radisson Dwarka

Worst room was given without any wardrobe and it was a rod there where we hanger clothes don’t understand in five star property such things
