Hotel Shhaurya

Regarding food price no proper information given to us.eg Breakfast.

Location good, room also good and compliment breakfast to be increased with some alternate menus.....

Reception was excellent, quick and precise. Room service is excellent with neat and clean cutlery & dishes. Complimentary breakfast needs bit improvement wrt presentation

Location is fine. Basic Amenities are provided. Staff is very cooperative. In bathroom soap dispenser should be placed.

Room not worth the price charged. Though it was clean but Surprised how it’s rated three star property.

no heater was there in the cold,the food was bogus,the staff was not present during need. cleanness was bogus

I paid and allotted room. Very poor amenities. Bedsheets are very stained, comforters are very stained and thin. Room was not properly clean. Feel like cheated. Breakfast was a jock for us. I never ever expected this form hotels.

Rooms are not spacious and there is hardly space for 3rd bedding. Overall ok stay here. Location is decent.

The location of the hotel was the beneficial one. The courteous behaviour of the staff is appreciable. The rooms have been clean and dust free. And safe too. The food is served to only the inmates was too good and i am extremely happy about it! neither too costly also! i look forward to stay at hotel shhourya in future visits to new delhi.

The food wasnt that good else everything is okay

The experience was terrible; we were allotted a deluxe room. When we checked in, everytime after 10-15 mins the lights went off. The we had to change the room. The room was full of mosquitoes and when we complained about it, staff said ‘Maarlo’. In breakfast there was hardly any option to eat, they had charged for water as well after paying + for this room for a day. Its a 1000₹ room kind of property very much overly priced.

The hotel is average at best. The mattresses had worn off. There’s too much noise in the room, on account of it being right next to the road.

This hotel is going through renovation and not sure why they are still accepting reservations. Rooms are not ventilated well and ac was not working. I was given a room which was not even clean and it was dust all around. Hotel also does not have parking facility available.

It's a horrible stay, won't recommend any one.

Good hospitality. People are good. Need to ensure functioning of tv and ac

The hotel environment is very hygienic and safe, and good for couples and families.

Restaurant food is good but room has serious lightning issues only 4 led bulbs and that too yellow.
