Very small rooms; 3rd grade quality of mattress used; no hand wash, soap, toiletries in washrooms; overcharged for water bottles. WORST EXPERIENCE

The room was in a poor state, with shabby curtains and blankets, some of which were torn and had cigarette burns. The bedsheet also had visible damage. Additionally, the towels provided had stains, and it seemed like the room had not been properly cleaned, as the floor was noticeably dirty. However, I would like to appreciate the lady at the reception, who was courteous and professional.

Hotel location is awesome. Rates are high with general cleaning lacking, rooms extremely congested. Staff cordial.

Efficiency, quality service and promptness etc have already been mentioned. I am more impressed by honest refund policy. My daughter has got an add on credit card while the principal card is held by me. She had bought air ticket for a european capital two years ago, which she could not utilise. Some 30 thousand rupees were involved. As principle credit card holder i applied for refund, and got it in reasonable time. 'done.

Located near reliance mall, it serves wholesome food, provides all amenities and has very courteous and decent staff eager to help you. Very good place to relax and rejuvenate at reasonable cost.

Dirty rooms and bedding, no ventilation in the bathroom. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Poor hygiene in the cafeteria.

They prepare only one item and we have to eat. No choice. Rooms are very small. Walkin area has bad smell.

I checked in with little hick ups which usually faced at budget hotels. Staff needed my involvement more rather making me comfortable. Welcome was without life. Inside room twin bed when i demand made it king size but it was faulty. During sleep it was going apart. Really uncomfortable. Toiletries were under quality and even tea coffee maker has to be demanded. No milk powder for 2 people. Only 1 ltr bottle for two people not logical. Food was tasty and delivery was fast enough. Room space was clumsy compared to price.

Accessible location, nice rooms though a bit small for 2 people. Food choices limited. Outside food is allowed which is a plus point
