All well room service too good and all clean room are good

Clean rooms, courteous staff, excellent food options, and an impressive breakfast spread. Special thanks to the chef for taking feedback and offering to prepare infant-friendly food.

Hotel and its service was very good. The rooms were lovely and quiet and food was delicious. The only issue was booking through MakeMyTrip, my booking somehow didn’t wasn’t properly received by the hotel and I had issues with arranging airport transfers but the hotel staff handled it really well. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend

Stayed at Novotel Aerocity recently — the overall experience was average. The room felt quite small for the price, and the bathroom was even smaller, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. However, the food and service were excellent, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout. If you value good hospitality and dining, it’s a decent choice, but the room size doesn’t justify the high tariff

I booked a Premier category Smoking room and was confirmed by the Hotel in an email with the voucher attached. However, during check-in, I was given a lower category room, where the window was also covered due to renovation.

Rooms need refurbishment. Bathroom cleaning with strong disinfectant needed,since Proteus bacteria grow in closed wet area specially in bathrooms.

It was a perfect day. They even let us check in early because my flight was landing really early and it was a beautiful room, magnificent hospitality all in all a great day.

The property is very well located, but the overall stay is average. The AC of the room was not working in the 1st night , the bedding was not clean when checked in, had to ask for change of the bed sheets. The food buffet is also OK, nothing exceptional

It was an absolute amazing stay. Clean rooms, very helpful staff and amazing food plus a 24X7 bar ! Would 100% stay here whenever I have to fly out of t3 internationally !

Small for a Double room. Food with very limited options.

The food was terrible, and the rooms are much smaller compared to other hotels. The AC doesn’t work properly—it’s locked at 21°C, no matter if you set it to 18 or 19. Very disappointing experience

Always a pleasant stay at this property. The bar has good selection of drinks. They can work on the food menu tho, limited appys options.

Toilet, that is commode, was not flushing "entirely" from my room no 218. Flushing was to the extent of 80 %
