Novotel New Delhi Aerocity

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Novotel Aerocity, Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in was smooth and efficient, and I instantly felt at ease. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a calm and cozy environment. The Novotel New Delhi Aerocity facilities were excellent — from the well-equipped gym to the inviting pool, everything was thoughtfully designed. The food was a highlight of my stay; the breakfast buffet had an incredible variety with both local and international options, all prepared to perfection. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always attentive, polite, and ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine care and professionalism made a huge difference. The location at Aerocity is also ideal — just minutes from the airport and well connected to the rest of Delhi, which made travel very convenient. Overall, my stay at Novotel Aerocity exceeded expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality in Delhi. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Novotel Aerocity Delhi is absolutely amazing property wonderful hospitality at the time of I met Prateek from the team of front desk. It was very helpful. He already updated my room and food is amazing. The gym hospitality, amazing overall experience or staying in the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity was good.

It was a perfect day. They even let us check in early because my flight was landing really early and it was a beautiful room, magnificent hospitality all in all a great day.

It was an absolute amazing stay. Clean rooms, very helpful staff and amazing food plus a 24X7 bar ! Would 100% stay here whenever I have to fly out of t3 internationally !

Overall Experience was good But found little discrepancy during dinner and breakfast time Staff was not serving on time Wait time was very long.

Toilet, that is commode, was not flushing "entirely" from my room no 218. Flushing was to the extent of 80 %

Always a pleasant stay at this property. The bar has good selection of drinks. They can work on the food menu tho, limited appys options.
