Overall the experience was good. But as per the price the facilities were not adequate. Even the welcome drink was not served. Staff service was excellent. The club members misbehaved with the guests in the swimming pool for not covering heads. Their voices were insulting and humiliating. The guests were not advised for covering their heads by the club. Kindly look into the matter.

In room switches broken, Bell is not working, Land line phone also damange and not working, In wash room also no much clean as well as No sign on water tap for hot and clod water. In breakfast also only 2 items are there poha and aloof bhaji with poor over all very disappointed

A nightmare

This hotel is horrible. When i checked in, they allotted me room no. 202. The bathroom had cockroaches. Upon informing the staff. Someone came to kill the cockroaches with spray. I spent that night in the same room. Next day they shifted me to room no. 211. Room was ok. On day 3, i had frantic experience while having breakfast ( around 9. 30 am) as i found tiny legs of cockroaches in cornflakes. I experienced ultimate nausea. I wanted to speak to the manager, manager was not on duty. I had to quit the breakfast and rush for work. I finally spoke to their manager by the name sanjeev. He apologized and assured he will ensure that the hygiene will be maintained. Hope they improve their services

First time visited the said hotel. First i got one room which was smelling very badly and ac also not working. Then 12:30 midnight again required for change of rooms. Then got decent room. It’s good for one day stay as i feel. Breakfast is ok kind.

It’s a great place to relax; has amazing ambience and space for all facilities, food was good and served with love; pool is big and really nice, usually they close pool on mondays but they opened it per my request as i was their with my family on monday and it’s usually open till 9 pm ; all amenities are available; cult fit gym is a huge plus for fitness freaks; it’s value for money and absolutely a great staycation with your family; rooms are spacious with awesome view
