Initially people were slightly rude when me and my husband arrived at the property, the service was not great, there was a delay of 40 mins to get a bottle of water. As there was just one waiter for a hotel which has 3 floors.

Bad Experience

The lift was not working most of the time and we had to climb 3 floors everytime to reach our room as there is a mezzanine floor, 1st floor and then 2nd floor where we were given rooms. In one room the shower was not working, thus that room was changed just before last night of our stay. Overall, it was a very difficult experience as out of 6, 5 were senior citizens.
