Food was excellent. Reception staff was good. Check in was smooth. Only thing lagging is Room TV cable was not working. After multiple requests and reminders it was not recharged. Need to work on technical part.Rest all was good

Tv was not working,not even after 3-4 call to reception and i ordrer multiple thing like plates and spoones but no response from reception not even after 3 reminder. disappointed by the service although the room was good but after paying so much to a night and i booked premium suit the service was terrible

It was a good stay, i like more about stay, food was having less variety but overall its a good stay.

room are so durty and hotel service and food are so bad even in my bathroom water tap are not working. I suggest please not book this hotel and mmt please remove this type of hotel from your hotel list

Room was not upto the mark. it was just a ordinary room like very simple hotel. Whole night ac was not working so that we can not sleep. Food was not enough as per guest stay at hotel. I and my son not get chapati after half and hour and we finish our food with rice chapati not served by staff. Bathroom tawal was not available in the room on 1st day after requesting 5 to 6 times. then they provide the tawal on next day. So my experience in stay at hotel about is very bad.

Easily one of the worst stays I’ve had. The suite was filthy and badly maintained, the washroom was disgusting and the corridors stank. Front desk was clueless, gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. No one answers calls, room service is messed up and the staff is slow and useless. Terrible experience all around

Honest review: Food was very okay and very few options were available. It will be better if you don't go for the buffet, but the suite room and the pool were amazinggg!!!

Staff was very incorporating, also the room was pathetic, literally dust was everywhere,washroom door was stuck, not able to close or open. Very worst experience

It is a very peaceful place, there is no noise, it is impossible to get such a room anywhere else in this budget, and the food was very good, Satff was very polite and helpful, I recommend you to definitely visit once

excellent rooms , very comfortable stay too a suite ,with breakfast lunch / dinner food was not that great same options in breakfast and dinner was normal not very great, otherwise services were very good like housekeeping was perfect cleanliness was maintained

Room were spacious, however amenities were lacking, bathroom's tabs were leaking....

MY Stay here was really great the staff is very polite and really helpful. view from the room is amazing and location is also in reach . I will definetly stay here again whenever possible when I visit to gurugram

Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Golden Suites by Inde Hotels was extremely disappointing. The reception was completely non-welcoming, with a very bad ambience that left a poor first impression. While the rooms were clean, they had a very dull and uninspiring vibe, lacking any sense of comfort or warmth. The worst part was the washroom – it was far too small and appeared untidy, which made the stay uncomfortable. As for breakfast, it was utterly pathetic. It felt like they served it just for the sake of ticking a box, with very limited variety and poor quality. The only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant staff, who were genuinely helpful and polite throughout. However, their service alone is not enough to compensate for the overall subpar experience. Would not recommend for a staycation or business trip.

My stay was very comfortable. I definitely want to stay again. Staff was really helpful. Really good Really good hygiene maintenance and the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely want to my friends and in fact, the food room service was up to the mark.
