Hotel ambience was nice but service was week in terms of food and beverage and also in housekeeping . food was not at all good they have served us food which was taste less and also cold overall I found it an average hotel

Really good hotel with cooperative staff

Our stay was satisfactory — the lift wasn’t working throughout our stay. there was water supply issues, and several room facilities like the TV and charging points were not functional. However, the staff were very cooperative and tried their best to assist us throughout the stay.

This hotel experience was downright pathetic,Service and ManagementFrom check-in to checkout, service was painfully slow, and the manager acted more like a boss than someone in hospitality—rude throughout my stay. Charged ₹500 extra for an early check-in, which felt unfair and unwelcoming.Room and FacilitiesRoom service was average at best, but the real shocker was the bathroom—smelled so foul I had to spend most of the day outside rather than endure it indoors. Food ExperienceDon’t bother ordering food here: the chef was rarely available, the QR menu in the room is pointless, and the food quality is strictly average. Breakfast offered only two to three options, and they couldn’t even manage to provide tissues.OverallBooking a single occupancy stay was a letdown, and this place is no longer worth the price. The service and food are both in pathetic condition. Strongly advise avoiding this hotel

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. The overall experience was not very satisfactory. When I arrived, the staff did not greet or wish properly, which gave an unwelcoming impression. I had also requested an early check-in — initially, I was informed that it wasn’t possible, but later it was allowed with an additional charge of ₹1000. This could have been communicated in a more professional manner. Additionally, during breakfast, there were very limited food options available, and the quality was not up to expectations. I hope you will take this feedback positively and work on improving the guest experience and service standards in the future.

Pros: Good staff and pleasant ambience. Cons: Room keys used to get deactivated daily after housekeeping cleaned the room. The AC would automatically turn on even after being switched off. The room phone rang around midnight every night; when we inquired, the staff denied making the calls. Despite opting for a buffet, we had to wait around 10 minutes for bread. Although our package included breakfast and lunch/dinner, the hotel claimed for the last two days that the system didn’t show it, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The Wi-Fi in our room wasn’t working, and instead of fixing it, the staff said we’d have to shift to another floor where Wi-Fi was functional.

We booked a suite with meals package. The first room offered to us was stinking. Then on request the room was changed. New suite room has no sitting area, the couches were missing, TV and AC didn't work for a day. U ask for help but no one shows up, even u need to beg the hotel room service for drinking water. The meal service was terrible. After ordering u need to wait for atleast 2 hrs, and hardly any on the menu was available. No non-veg, no soups, the rice comes first, then dal, then the sabzi, and the salad and papad is served after your meal is over. Still in shock after this stay. Pls avoid Inde hotels

Good stay . Property location is good not very far from city also not I’m city chaos . Rooms are neat and clean food is awesome . Kitchen staff is very good ... but housekeeping staff is very slow which is only one bad experience in entire stay

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with good variety, and the service staff was polite and attentive. Facilities like Wi-Fi, parking, and cleanliness were excellent, making the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back again.

First of all, the hotel is located at a good location, secondly the behaviour of the staff is good, thirdly the food which is essential for everyone is amazing, the way of serving food and the variety of food in breakfast and dinner is liked by everyone from children to adults, we liked it very much, if we ever come to Jaipur again, we will rest at the same place, Hotel in the Signature

staff was good property was good but they are not proving laundry service saying you will no get your laundry before your checkout providing water in home using bottles instead of packaged complimentary water

Despite the duty manager to provide an extra complimentary mattress, the staff behaved rudely with us. We had to follow up multiple times, but our request was ignored. The experience at this hotel was truly disappointing and pathetic. Due to the lack of service and poor attitude, we will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. It's unfortunate that the hotel failed to deliver, which significantly impacted our stay.

pleasant stay. rooms are specious, clean. service is also good. only the dinner quality was not so good may be due to late hours but it was not good at all. breakfast was good, less items but cooked and tastes well.

Nothing was working...ac stopped working in the middle of night and no support was given...the sheet were dirty
