Stay was good Only problem was excessive vegetation, I mean rooms entery points were covered with dense shrubs . I understand the logic of resort but this can be trimmed down a notch ( the one just outside rooms ) Rest all was fantastic 🤩

I stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Despite the appealing photos , the reality did not match up at all. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and rushed through the check-in process without any courtesy. The room itself was poorly maintained . The view from the room was a major letdown — instead of the scenic view that was promised, I was given a room overlooking bushes and walls. The amenities were another source of disappointment. Basic room amenities like a functioning TV, jacuzzi, sewing kit, mini bar was also empty or even reliable Wi-Fi were either missing or not working properly. For the price, this was far from a good experience. The hotel really needs to update its listings to reflect the actual conditions and focus on improving guest services. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
