I really enjoyed living over there this is my third time and the staff so so good weather they are from reception or kitchen staff or anyone all are so welcoming and friendly

It was a great stay for us and our family The staff was fabulous and breakfast was very nice

The staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially Mrs. Sneha, who has a very sweet and friendly nature. Her hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Very comfortable and hygienic Room quality, amenities, staff behaviour, guest service and the location of the hotel , overall experience is very good.

Water comes 2 hrs after order.. Breakfast, lunch and dinner rate is too high...The bed light is blinking..

Food, location,facilities and service is best

The stay was great. However the location is pretty far from the city. So keep that in mind while booking the place. Food is great!.

Staying at Uma Residency with my team was the worst decision ever. From the moment we checked in, things went downhill. The toilet flush didn’t work, and when the staff came to “fix” it, they only made things worse. The AC barely cooled, and the rooms were extremely small. To make matters worse, the atmosphere didn’t feel safe at all — a man just stood at the gate late at night, staring and occasionally trying to talk, making it very uncomfortable for us as two girls. The lobby didn’t feel secure either, and the hotel staff did nothing when we raised our concerns. The next morning, we had some locally bought items with us, and the staff rudely said only luggage was allowed — not the extra bags. When I questioned it, the front desk bluntly said “not allowed” and told me to speak to the manager. The manager sided with them and coldly told us we could just cancel our booking. No courtesy, no empathy, no professionalism. We were forced to scramble and book another hotel just half an hour before our departure. Absolutely not recommended, especially for women travelers.

Overall I had a good experience. Location was easy to find and was not at all conjusted. Food was good. I had a very good stay.

The rooms were very dirty, and also had a strange smell. The sofa cum bed mattress was black from dirt

Kukas is one of the industrial area away from jaipur city crowd where most of the reputed brands hotels have established. The hotel is very good budget friendly and value for money. Food quality is very good.

Good neat and clean rooms and premises. Good food and courteous staff. Ac was not working properly.

Stay was ok ok food is pathetic. Room is also average according to the price. Prices are high according to the quality they are giving. The total experience was average. First of its out of the city so have to run again and again 1 and half hour for city tour or any place u want to go.

Hotel room is good. But food and breakfast experience is next to pathetic. Worst than a railway station canteens. The hotel should seriously consider changing the restaurant team and management. Spoiling your hotel reputation for your food experience

The stay was good, experience also good. The food menu is too expensive. Stay becomes difficult in terms of food because there is no other options available in vicinity of atleast 10 kms. Outside food is also not allowed upto 11 pm too.
