No experience staff , there is no internet in rooms, no cleaning , food quality is very bad , hotel need more maintenance,

We stayed at Suite. Shabby place with spider webs. Dirty taps, flush not working, landline not working for in-house communication. Checked out after one day even though the booking was for two days.

Hello, I think a five star facility like a hotel has been converted into a two star facility. It is so badly made and badly like done. The Wi-Fi is not working. The iron is not given and the TV is not working and everything seems to be very, very old and very poor condition, so I am really sorry for that kind of a facility which could be really a five star facility now merely turned out to be a one or two star facility. Rooms are Old n not Maintained at all.. Main door or Washroom door Dosent work. Terrible washroom. Within 2/3 items Breakfast End.

i have asked for refund butt didnt helped in this and this is not a hotel this is the worst hotel i have seen booking i have done ,such a 3 rd class hotel i have never seen. . worst staff i have to move out from hotel after seeing room.

Overall stay is good but there is too much network problem and wifi is also not working I faced too much pblm with network ,I told receptionist also he is like network is not there He gave me free jio net wifi that is not working So faced pblm and this is big pblm I think money I paid for this booking didn't worth So overall I don't want to go there

One word that explains it all “ Pathetic”. Not at all a maintained property. Issues with air conditioning, bath tub was dirty with spiders, stained bedding, curtain, towels. Service standards were extremely worse.

My stay at the sky imperial jaipur was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was always polite and ready to help. It is located in a nice area close to shopping and tourist spots. I had a pleasant experience and would come back again for sure.
