Very very poor service

I am writing this review for the owner of the property to read. You have a very good property at beautiful location but service is pathetic. Guests are on its own no one will carry your luggage. Room service is zero. Staffs where busy doing nothing.

Light and geyser problem

Light was cut for 5 hours on 25 but they didn't start power backup. Also the room geyser not working.

Terrible Stay

I had visited so many hotels for time i faced the problems. Not one thing there is nothing. There was no bath kit, no bath towel, ac was not working, TV was not working, room was not clean bath shower was not working. They charge soo much but no facilities. If possible ratings 0 i'll give that.

It was nice staying here. Only resturant is expensive. I ordered tandoori roti and it was hard to eat.

Not good at all ambience was unpleasant to us morning breakfast served was very low quality will never recommend to anyone. U have to upgrade a lot
