“Came for a vacation, left with a case study in negligence.” Service: The worst I’ve ever experienced. Staff were either missing in action or seemed allergic to basic hospitality. Room service? More like room suspense—you’ll spend hours wondering if they’ll ever show up. Swimming Pool: An actual biohazard. It was half-filled, swarming with bugs, and even after repeatedly asking, they didn’t bother to clean or top it up. Not sure if they think that’s part of the “natural experience.” Room Facilities: No glasses provided in the rooms. When requested, I got flimsy plastic ones—because nothing screams luxury like disposable drinkware. Restaurant: Oh. My. God. The food was tasteless, overpriced, and felt like it had a personal grudge against flavor. Dining here was less a meal and more a punishment.

Stay was good, but there was smell in room and towels was not very clean and good . Also there were no much choice in breakfast. For track the location also little difficult . I don’t think facilities was as per price

1.There was sound of loud music coming from nearby room whole night, despite I have informed to reception. 2.The location is only good for local crowd for marriage functions, If considering for stay for relaxing from office work then it's not worth 3. The parking area was so full that I have to park near to other resort whole night than what the use to mention that parking faculty is avialbe 4. Wifi was only showing network but there was not internet, 5. Electricity was going on and off continuously This experience made me think that should I rely on makemytrip website despite being very old user ? I think it's time to switch to other travelling merchandise

businessLocation is ok but presently the access to the property from ajmer highway is not available due to roadworks. I had to walk almost 1km with my luggage to reach the property. They have not bothered to put road signs to help guests reach them. I feel the property is more suitable for weddings rather than routine travelers. The staff seems untrained. But the property itself is beautifully designed. It's a pity they are not putting enough effort in managing it.
