The owner is Japanese and she is very gentle and hospitable. Whole staff was very decent and prompt. The location is not very impressive but whole world of luxury comes to you as soon as you enter the guest house. The ambience, comfort, luxury, style and class all comes together at this place. Really loved it and will stay again
