Heiwa Heaven Resort

We stayed at Heiwa Heaven Resort in Jaipur for a birthday celebration and booked the Couple Cottage. The food was delicious…both dinner and breakfast were well served and satisfying. The highlight was the uncle playing music…he added such a warm vibe to the evening. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. And the ambiance? We stayed in this resort with our two kids. Before coming to the resort we were bit nervous but the resort and staff are extremely humble and helping. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every bit if it. It is a very big resort with a lot of facilities. If you’re planning a trip with your family, this would be the perfect place. A special thank you to the receptionist as she helped us even by going out of her way.

Excellent stay, wonderful environment. We had a stay for three days. The staff at reception is cooperative especially Ronak. Vinod, Sangeeta and Pooja. The restaurant staff Boor Singh, Sachin were also cooperative. The housekeeping staff Yashwant was also cooperative. We would like to visit again whenever time permits.

This property has amazing ambience, I like the place and their food quality is very nice and it tastes better, hospitality is ok top Rakesh helped us during our stay. On every call they were very quick in response for that requested service.

It was a complete comfortable stay… nice place to spend your weekends… the staff was very friendly and supporting…food was also tasteful… Highly recommended for family vacations.

Good Vibe, surrounded by hills, cheerful and decent staff, too good affordable price for this location which is next to even many other 5 star properties..

Every thing was good, but the service was little bit slow, we paid for extra bed, they provide hard metress, otherwise property was good.
