The property is very well maintained and the staff is also cordial. The only problem we faced is about the room service as it took tooong for the service to reach room and it even took long for house keeping. The breakfast menu is ok but not so good. Overall the stay has been fine otherwise.

Suggestions/feedback to the management of Bhanwar Singh Palace

I recently stayed at Bhanwar Singh Palace and while the property has potential, my overall experience was not quite in line with what one would expect from a place that claims to be a 5-star establishment. Amenities & Facilities: The amenities could have been far better. Basic expectations from a luxury property were missing — bathroom essentials were limited, pool towels and bathrobes were not provided, and the changing rooms were poorly maintained. To add to the disappointment, a mini bar/fridge was not available in the room, which is something very basic and expected at this level of hospitality. Dining Experience: The buffet offered a good spread in terms of variety, but unfortunately, the taste did not match up. The food lacked finesse and flavor that one expects from a premium property. Surprisingly, the in-room dining experience turned out to be much better in terms of taste and quality compared to the buffet. Service & Staff Behavior: While some senior staff members were attentive, the junior staff lacked courtesy and seemed somewhat biased while serving food to guests. A more professional and hospitable approach would definitely elevate the experience. Check-out Experience: The check-out process was one of the most disappointing parts of the stay. Despite making several calls for assistance with luggage, no one cared to come and help. This lack of basic service leaves a lasting negative impression. Overall: Bhanwar Singh Palace has a beautiful property with potential, but the lack of attention to detail, missing amenities, average food quality, and poor service make it fall short of being considered a true 5-star experience. With better staff training, improved amenities, and consistent service standards, it could provide the kind of luxury stay it promises.

Hi, thank you for your detailed review. We could see that you had visited on long weekend when the hotel was totally full house and running extremly busy. Any delay or shortcomings may be unintentional due to busy operations. However you would be glad to know that maximum guest have rated their experience of free Camel ride, pool side DJ setup, kids movie show, food quality, ambiance and rooms as excellent during the same time. That area is separate and does not interfere with any guest experience. We have rechecked after your feedback and found the restaurant AC working just fine. Lastly breakfast buffet is put only when there are more then 15 guest staying hence it was not there as occupancy was low but all breakfast items are duly served on table as per guest order when there is no buffet. We picked this property randomly for a single day family get away. Never imagined that it would turn out to be a memorable short stay. 1. The property is huge, brand new, lavish interiors and large villa rooms with excellent facilities. 2. Food is the highlight. We had all three meals at the restaurant. The menu is vast (both veg and non-veg), preparation is to your taste and good quantity at very reasonable rates. 3. The property has sprawling well maintained lawns for walks and enjoying sunshine in winters. It also has a very big pool. Parking is ample. 4. The place is actually a palace and the interiors are done in typical Rajasthani style with golden paint, engravings, jharokhas etc. The grandeur has to be seen to be believed. It is a wonderful destination wedding place. 5.The rooms are so big that you do not need the 3rd extra bed as every room is equipped for triple occupancy by default. The rooms have a window ledge that is very big and already has a mattress on it for sleeping/relaxing. 6. The hotel staff is very respectful and hospitable. Every person from durban to the receptionists and the waiters at the restaurant were serving with a genuine smile and respect. 7. This hotel is about 27KM from main Jaipur that is just 1 hour drive. So one can actually go to Jaipur also, shop, do sight seeing and be back for the stay at the Hotel. 8. Lastly, the property is actually more beautiful than even the pictures on Make My Trip. No photography can do justice to the grandeur of this place. 9. Book without hesitation and enjoy your stay.

disappointing & chaotic stay - will spoil your holiday

Extremely disappointing stay. We paid for a premium lawn facing suite, only to find a wedding stage blocking the entire view. Loud wedding events and a massive corporate pool party, made it impossible to relax or sleep, especially with kids. Facilities were unusable and overcrowded. The manager was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even bother showing as alternative suite himself. This resort prioritises events over individual guests. Not family, friendly, not peaceful, and completely unprofessional. I have documented everything and will share publicly to want others. Avoid this resort if you are looking for a quiet holiday experience.

The above complaint is an exaggeration. Please understand you had booked one room and not the entire 150 rooms to dictate your wish on other guest or hotel. The hotel had wedding and conference guests and how is that any offense for any guest ? Wedding guest were all family guest and conference was for an IT company team which had equal number of male and female participants. Pool timing could have been adjusted a little to avail the pool. You were duly offered a room change and were shown two other villa rooms (as you were booked for Villa and not Suite) but you refused. Secondly you were also given an option to shift to any other hotel of your choice with full refund ensured but you refused again and continued to stay with us. So after staying and availing hotel services and a free extra bed, such targeting reviews do not value much. Good bye!

We booked a buffet dinner, but there was none prepared as there were less guests. We managed to get it after complaining. The property is good but service levels are not 5 star

Hi, we regret the inconvenience caused. We will surely look into the issue raised. However we are sure buffet may not have been there in case of low occupancy but dinner on fix menu basis would surely have been offered. Still we will recheck. Regards

Nice amenities staff was good quick service and nice food. I tried the rajasthan gutta curry and it was good very quicknservice and hospitable environment

At checkout they offered complimentary breakfast and when we started eating it they said it was a mistake and you will have to pay for it. we were not interested in their over priced breakfast at first but this way it seems like a scam. gym, spa nothing was operational. pool area was also not clean. wifi was available in the lobby but not in the rooms.

Dear Guest, The booking voucher clearly states what is included & what not. Also nowhere it is mentioned that gym and spa are operational, pls recheck. Any cleaning or wifi issue was not reported. Tx

Location is quite approachable from the japti - ajmer high way. Overall good property, although our stay was only for 2 days 1 night and more for resting in the night. Did not get chance to explore entire property / amenities as such. Would recommend for shorter stay. From the look and feel it appears to be kind of destination wedding property.
