The location that was shared with us through the link was 15 km away from the actual resort location. Because of this, we faced a lot of problems, wasted valuable time, and had to spend extra money to finally reach the resort. Who will take responsibility for this inconvenience?

Firstly the location provided is almost 14 km away. So we have to travel more 14 km to reach out destination. 2). Hotel person ask us to cancel due to unavailability of room. 3).food is included in package but denied by hotel, saying that we already provided discount to you. 4). Poor response

I got electrocuted in the shower. They said some rat had cut the wire and hence this accidentally happened. The staff were well behaved including the manager but the property is fat out from the main city and not suggested for any one going to jaipur for work etc.
