Not at all worth the price, poor hospitality, too noisy. Employees were not helpful, the blankets were not good, washroom was cery small

our flight was delayed so we thought to rest at a hotel and this looked like the best place close to the airport. we have 2 kids. this place jaf the most rude staff at their Zodiac restaurant they forced us to take buffet which we didnt want cause it was late and we just wanted to rest we refused and tried to order room service and guess what they refused to serve what we wanted...they have boards everywhere OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED.. but they refuse to provide decent room service. we slept hungry with chips and biscuits and left for airport at 4am. I do not recommend

I had one of the most disappointing and unpleasant stays at Clarion Bella Casa. From the moment I arrived, the experience was horrible. There was no warm welcome, no smile, and absolutely no of hospitality from any of the staff. The guard at the main entry was indifferent and didn’t even bother to guide us on where to park the car. The front desk staff were uncooperative, unresponsive, and looked like they didn’t care whether guests were happy or not. The room facilities were terrible – poorly maintained, unhygienic, and nowhere close to what you expect from a hotel of this name. The breakfast was of poor quality, tasteless, and with very limited options. Overall, it felt like nobody in this hotel understands what customer service means. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here. There are far better hotels in Jaipur that actually care about their guests. A completely horrible and disappointing experience – not recommended at all!

This stay experience was very bad. Room service was very bad.

Horrible experience, no towels provided till morning, extra bed provided at 12.48 am after several reminders, hopeless room service for even water, used rajor kept in bathroom.

Room is not justify for this rate room size very small no sofa no table. Room like small property

Kettle not yet clean I asked to clean kettle or get wash kettle to housing keeping he said call to reception and as per package not fullfill complimentarys

the room was worst insects was there in bathroom so as in room so dirty room in bad condition and food was more. terrible insects were flying over the fruits and sandwiches of the buffet i complained this to the hotel staff worst experience from make my trip ever

This was my first stay at Clarion Bella Casa. I booked a club room in the hotel but the room size was very small. At the time of breakfast food was average, even idali was of very poor quality. Also the service staff was very less. At the time of check out I forgot some cash in my hotel room. After reaching mumbai I called the hotel reception for the same but they denied for the money, while I properly remembered that I put that money on the table nearby tea cattle, Hotel denied for the cash. The overall experience was not good for my stay.

The hotel literally has no dedicated staff . The contractors are not worth any hospitality. Most of the time they are nowhere to be found. The buffet breakfast was pathetic with cockroaches roaming around. We stayed for 2 nights and skipped breakfast entirely even after paying for it.

Poor services in all verticals such as cleaning services, pool area is extremely pathetic, smell in galley area.

Clean Rooms with nice ambience, Nice location, Good Food, sufficient parking place, very friendly staff with supporting nature....Surrounded by nice eataries & Cafes.....👍

No cleaning, no hair dryer working, no tv working, food very poor quality . Outside food not allowed. Restaurant prices are too much high with poor taste.

The Hotel was clean, however the facility is not 5 star as claimed. The facility may be a 3 star or 3.5 star at max. The room does not have 24x7 hot water, you have to call the receptor switch on hot water. The room did not have a normal bath area rather a closed bath tub which is slippery and hazardous. Staff was good, cleanliness is average.

Excellent hotel. Pleasant stay. Food quality in restaurant is also excellent. Near to airport.

The switch of AC in room was defective,they changed the room after several reminders ,which taken long time. We practically freezed in the room. The behaviour of front desk staff was also not good.

The overall experience was good, but the rooms were small and the swimming pool was not properly maintained. There was no proper attendant and no towels available at the poolside.
