I Booked Club Suite to stay comfortably with my Family 2+2. It seems I was struggling during my day to fix the amenities like AC not working , Door Lock for washroom not working, Telephone Extension not working . And now I don’t have any more expectations with this hotel. The breakfast options are very limited to the South Indian food and less options for North Indians. The good things is just they provided me extra mattresses without any cost so at least I’ve we were able to manage the sleep.

The property is closest to Jaipur Sangner T2 Airport. Uber ₹100/-. The rooms are quite large enough, very good for family and vegetarian food is available and taste is good. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean, AC is very much effective. Staffs are very much caring. A perfect place for hotel stays

We are staying in 204 and 205 , room toilet is not good and 14 th morning check out for our flight usearly morning 5 am , so we requested 3 am morning wake up call , but they called 3.30 only , we requested packed breakfast by 3.30 am , one day prior we informed and they said ok , but they slept and our package not ready , and terrible check out , they made extra bill for food and we paid and after reaching airport again they called they missed 450 rupees one bill , again we made gpay , it’s not 5 star property , it’s like 2 star only , very old rooms and not maintenance, sorry

The overall experience was disappointing. The service was very poor and the staff seemed unresponsive. The breakfast quality was also below expectations, with limited options and no proper taste. Definitely not worth the price.

The property is close to the airport and well located beside the main road. Rooms are decently large with all facilities and toiletries provided as claimed.It has two restaurants , multi cuisine and italian. We tried the multi cuisine restaurant and the food there is good.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Management My stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant due to serious management and housekeeping issues. Upon check-in, I found the door to my room already open. The bellboy inspected the room and informed me that the cleaning staff had left it incomplete. Since I was exhausted, I asked them to come back and finish cleaning later. After resting for a few hours, I discovered that the interconnecting door to the adjoining room had been left unlocked. I immediately contacted the staff, and they came to lock it. This was extremely concerning, especially since the next room was occupied by a family — a potentially unsafe situation that should never have happened. The next day, things took another negative turn when the manager called me regarding supposed damage to a bedsheet and towels. I accepted responsibility for one towel that had fallen on the bathroom floor, but they also brought in an additional towel and a bedsheet with only water marks — which were definitely not mine. The manager was rude and confrontational, and although I tried to explain, I eventually agreed to have the charges added to my bill just to avoid ruining my day. I still had two more days left in my stay and didn’t want further conflict. Overall, the staff’s attitude and the management's unprofessional handling of the situation left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
