⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay at Caelum Atharva Palace Jaipur I had a very bad experience during my stay here. The swimming pool was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. Food variety was very limited and not up to the mark. Room service was also poor and unresponsive. At the time of check-in, the room did not even have basic necessities like fresh drinking water. Coffee and tea bags were missing, towels were not available, and even the phone line was not working. On top of that, the Wi-Fi in the room was also not functional. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its claims and the experience was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money

A poorly managed property in middle of nowhere

The property is hard to locate, it is hidden somewhere between pools of farmland and dust and sand and there is no habitation around 7-8 kms around. Very poor mobile network, and the wifi doesn't work. You cannot even think of stepping out in the dark, because for 7-8 kms there is nothing around. You have to struggle to get the breakfast as they refill the buffet in small quantities and after long breaks. You need good 30-40 minutes to get your plate filled. Would never recommend anyone to ever visit this place.

familyFirst i will write down everything that is good about the place. 1) big rooms and bathrooms 2) very good and polite staff 3) ample parking and free dormitory for drivers areas that we didn't like 1) nothing to do close by. This place is almost 45 min to an hour from the city. 2) breakfast is average, in general food is average 3) slightly overpriced given the lack of facilities

familyFirstly, if you arrive a little late in the evening, the place looks spooky. Its quite off from the city hub so beware. Staff seemed courteous but needs training badly! breakfast buffet was dissappointing. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. Good place to stay if you are ina group of friends. Other than that i am not sure.
