third class room quality mention service doesn't provide don't stay in this hotel

The service was not satisfactory , the food not good and amenities &services not proper

It was a decent experience

Cleanliness of the kitchen and housekeeping of the bathroom was average. The housekeeping boy was not available, and came very late.

overall it was good the room service part can be better the food was good rest the receptionist was very helpful. Overall I will say it was a good stay. I will recommend to do book this one.

location wise average food - not available on demand. charges taking is not the actual rate of hotel which is far low in hotel. amenity wise it is pathetic. beds are not cleaned and noises with old cut. no water supplied and no bathroom cleaning materials, no dental kit, no soaps, windows have no locks, privacy is not there for the room lobby area, poor services, nobody attending for such cleanliness and for orders. nobody has asked for any water supply while check in, not value for money.

hotel is good.....nice interiors i have to say this hotel is recommended to everyone who wants to live couple of days......hotel food also nice..... staffs are also nice with smiling face.......over all its nice to stay there....thanks for ur service🤗

Smelly rooms. They don’t clean blankets and bedsheets. No ventilation in the room.

Worst staff dont knkw how to talk, they dont know how to greet guests and they make us wait at reception for very long

The location is very convenient, located 1. 5 kms from the airport and it was a walking distance of 8 mins to my venue of hotel clarks amer.

Location was good for the place. But the stay experience was sub par at best. Rooms were spacious enough but interior was dated, bathrooms were not clean and some bathrooms did not have latches to hold the door closed. Geyser was also not working in some rooms. The staff was cooperative and happy to help everytime. Room service was also very good and quick.

The hotel is good and hospitality. Food quality also good. Various rajasthan dishes are available in resenoable price. Location also good. 30 mint walking distance from jaipur international airport. 2 mint walking distance from prakrit gate which is a nice plase of visit and spent time. Rent rides like bike, auto available near the hotel. Road side rooms have attached balcony and sufficient ligh and air circulation inside the room. Both hot and cold water avaiilable.

Very near to tourist palces like wtp, patrika gate and many more!

Big room food is tesy pocket friendly

. First room allotted - tv doesn't work. Requested to change so another room allotted where there was tv but with only free channels. Checked with reception- they say this is our policy. Keys for room not given had to go down for this.

The room no 102 was clean. The pillows were dirty with clean covers. The quilt was thin but the bed was very cushy and springy. The toilet was clean but the sitting stool and mug was not so clean. Overall the bathroom needed more maintenance. Location is very fine. There is park right infront and sunshine wakes you up in the morning. There is bumpy manhole right infront of the gate and cars avoiding it can cause bodily harm to guests. The entrance gate of the coloney has a lot of rubble which is eyesore. The food was fine and reasonably priced. Overall the stay was comfortable but a little more cleanliness could make it more enjoyable.
