Heiwa Heaven Resort

Property is good Heritage property, covered with lush green flora & funa, good quality is orsome. Needs to be improved - 1 approach road is very bumpy, full of pot holes & poorly li. 2- Google coordinates need to be updated accurately. 3- windows/ winnow glasses and outer side of building is full of Pigeon beet & having very pungent smell.

The stay was soo good rooms are well cleaned and maintained properly and the staff was also very supportive.. we have enjoyed our stay fully.

All over everything was good bt for kids little tough to manage food becoz outside food not allowed n their Kitchn will b close at 10

The property was good but the issue with our stay was that they included outdoor indoor activities with our room which was exactly the reason I chose this resort but the staff went home early that day and the whole place was locked which kind of ruined the whole stay and did absolutely nothing to compensate for that. The food was great but that's about it.

This property has amazing ambience, I like the place and their food quality is very nice and it tastes better, hospitality is ok top Rakesh helped us during our stay. On every call they were very quick in response for that requested service.

Pool water was not so great, many insects were floating around, gymnasium and many other facilities were not working, food service and taste was good, but according to price it could have been better.

Nice place for a group stay. food is Excellent. Rooms need to upgrade more. Swimming pool is small in depth.

We stayed at Heiwa Heaven Resort in Jaipur for a birthday celebration and booked the Couple Cottage. The food was delicious…both dinner and breakfast were well served and satisfying. The highlight was the uncle playing music…he added such a warm vibe to the evening. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. And the ambiance? Simply stunning….classic Jaipur resort feels with a peaceful, luxurious touch. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience! special thanks to miss ronak , manish

my stay was pleasant, big & beautiful property. Rakesh, Rajshree, Dharam & Jitendra from staff were really cooperative.

Our experience at Heiwa Heaven Resort was extremely disappointing. The pool closed at 8 PM and indoor/outdoor games by 7 PM, leaving no evening activities for guests. When we asked why, we were told it was due to potential leopard sightings — but why couldn’t indoor games stay open longer? Dinner was another letdown. Despite being told there would be a buffet, there wasn’t one. Instead, a waiter listed limited options and asked us to specify portion sizes for each dish, which felt quite inconvenient. The food was below average, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving concerns. The room quality was also disappointing — nowhere near what you’d expect for the tariff they charge. Additionally, requests for music at the pool were denied, even though no other guests were present. Overall, poor service, unresponsive staff, and subpar facilities made this stay far from enjoyable. Not worth the money or recommendation.

Excellent stay, wonderful environment. We had a stay for three days. The staff at reception is cooperative especially Ronak. Vinod, Sangeeta and Pooja. The restaurant staff Boor Singh, Sachin were also cooperative. The housekeeping staff Yashwant was also cooperative. We would like to visit again whenever time permits.

It was excellent experience to stay at Heiwa Heaven. Happy to visit again and best service by Raunak and Vinod .
