firstly the ac was not working we asked to change the room despite calling multiple times they changed the room next day the water bottle at hotel should be not chargeable after giving the 2 small bottle they charged money for the water bottles and after they changed the room the bed they provided was in worst condition.., also the room was smelling location is good

I called before checkin for double bed but they gave me single bed and said me to adjust and not changed my room and room was so dirty not cleaned there was dust on floor and room service was so poor i called 10 times to clean my room but room never got cleaned

Hotel was well built, Clean.Look and feel of the hotel is great. Room was excellent. Staff behaviour was good except for 1 or 2 people. The parking is not available in the hotel but it's outside the hotel on Road on your own risk. The food was not great but acceptable.

The lock of the room was terrible. I have call the receptionist every time whenever wants to open the door. That guy comes with a machine, fixes it every time.. Remaining all was good, polite staff, nice ambiance.
