No parking space. Service staff is responding very late. Room is decent but food quality and service stadd wise is ok ok

location is very near to railway station, good hospitality and good services but breakfast okay okay

Today morning I got hair in my food. Breakfast layout is very very average. N the staff serving breakfast was doing it for the heck of it n throwing attitude. Ac at temp 16 is working like a fan. Hygeine n cleanliness is a question mark

washroom was broken there was no shampoo no hand wash also room was dirty and it was smelly no bodywash was also available

My experience at Flute Botique, Jaipur, was absolutely terrible. The washroom in my room had a leaking commode, and the floor was constantly flooded. Despite repeated complaints during my two-night stay, the issue was never fixed. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable throughout. If you still decide to stay here, you might as well carry gum boots to survive the filthy washroom conditions. What made things worse was the dishonest and unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff. At checkout, they tried to charge me for restaurant bills for food I never ordered or consumed. They even claimed I had dinner at their restaurant when I was not even at the property at that time. I had to show my bank transaction details from another restaurant as proof before they reluctantly dropped the charges. Shockingly, the next day I got a call from their restaurant manager, falsely accusing me again and insisting it was me in their CCTV footage. When I asked him to share the footage, he called back later to apologize, admitting that the bill actually belonged to another room. The entire situation was humiliating and distressing, especially in front of other guests during checkout. My wife and I have been traveling extensively for over 11–12 years, and we’ve never faced such an appalling and shady experience anywhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are far better and more honest places to stay in Jaipur.

Hotel is good. Staff is good, but the main part of breakfast is not that good. It’s below the average, very congested and little low quality. Please improve your breakfast with the quality.

food is the worst part.. they serve half cooked meals... in breakfast buffet there are no option at all.....no proper service... bed not at comfortable... really pathetic

Hotel location is good, nearby tourist spots and eating outlet away from city traffic. Rooms are quite good but hotel has minimum staff to provide good ontime service. We stayed for 2 days, lift was not working and using stairs for our room on 4th floor, which was very unpleasant.

we had a amazing stay at flute and we visit quite often. they serves delicious food and the staff is very delightful and friendly as well as helpful.

The property was not as per it was appearing and claiming on the app, the reception service was very poor. They said they have parking facility but it had just two space that too full so I had to park in on the road.

One of the bad experience, In room facilities are worst, Flushing pannel is babd, lighting is bad, we are sending photos as well, don't keep all these hotel in MMT, No cleanliness done on regular time, we never recommend, requested for refund also. I am sharing few photos for references.
