It was nice stay at Laxmi Palace hotel. The food quality is good with good quality facilities.

Great Stay and services..Very welcoming and good staffs. Food quality in buffet breakfast need improvement.

overall stay was very good. staff was so polite and helpful. we enjoyed the cultural night with delicious food. There is no room cleaning as we stayed for 2nights and a day. we check out room at 12:00 pm they kept our luggage in their locker room until the bus has not arrived and allowed us to wait in their area. complimentary breakfast was very good. if we ever get chance to visit jaipur we would love to stay in laxmi palace heritage boutique.

Its not like luxury experience as I was expecting. Its was so average. Food is 1/5 and i have notice they are focusing on foreigners more than Indian which is so bad experience as a Indian i feel really bad and also surprised. Few staff members was really nice and helpful. Few staff member was really unprofessional. Money worth. 2/10.

Hotel location is excellent. it’s inside the premises of temple . Moreover staff helped in VIP darshan as well . Staff is very supportive and polite

Food Quality Good and Good Location Hotel with Excellent behaviour of Staff

The stay at the hotel was good, food was not upto the mark. The staff were all nice and the overall experience was great. The hotel needs to work on its food taste and also the quantity.

Overall good. But this hotel is more foreigners oriented I felt.

Hotel interior is good, location is convenient, but food quality is bad, breakfast options are very limited, being a 4 star hotel the towel were in torn condition, we had dinner, which was overpriced plus they charge 18% GST

The bathroom was not that neat and had bad odour.The room floor was dusty and the bathroom mat was dirty.For the dinner, we ordered butter chicken and though the gravy was good, chicken looked l.Overall the stay was not a pleasant experience.

Hotel was good front desk response was good but breakfast and dining experience was not good dining staff was not very helpful behaviour was very rude

The location is okayish, the food is good. The facilities weren't great - the bedding was uncomfortable and we had to get one of the rooms changed because it smelled of poor drainage. The staff was helpful, but the restaurant staff was extremely pushy, especially when it came to timings. The rooftop activities were average at best, not superb. Food was good though, especially the lal maas

I found the property through make my trip. Location is quiet convenient. Hotel is very neat & clean. Also the food was tasty.

The stay was excellent and royal rooms were exactly what shown in the picture. Our family had comfortable stay there. Service as well as Location is also good as you can get auto rikshaw etc for local sight seeing just outside the hotel. It is near to railway station and bus stand . We have booked 3 royal rooms in advance and the best part they have refunded the balance GST amount after the new GST reforms enforced by govt. Need to work upon food as we felt a bit costly and not up to the mark in taste.
