Hotel Om Tower & Revolving Restaurant

The property was easily accessible by car, especially since it’s located near Sindhi Camp, and the surrounding roads were fairly wide. I had breakfast there, but it was quite average in terms of both variety and taste. The swimming pool was not operational during my stay. There were hardly any in-room amenities, and the rooms themselves were very basic — which was disappointing, considering I had booked a Super Deluxe room. On a positive note, the support staff was polite and helpful. Overall, the property definitely needs a revamp. It gives off a very old vibe, including the fittings and furniture, which could use an upgrade.

Location is excellent but upkeep has gone down. The room does not reflect the past excellence it had.

Waste of money. There is water leakage in every room. No maintenance. Also, revolving restaurant is closed and the food rates are double. If we order Paneer Lababdar in room then it cost 275 rupees and the same we order in revolving restaurant it costs 550 rupees that too even if it is not revolving. Telephone is not working in room and when we asked why it is not working they just said that we need to check and not came back till our check out. We extended our stay only for 8 hours as our train was in the evening however they charged us more then the regular charges and that too for full day. We were ok with the full day charge however our first day standard room charges were 2100 however when we extended the stay they charged us 2500. Room service is 0 rating. Not even came for pick up and drop of luggage. They only want the money and not ready to give service.

The stay was pleasant. The rooms were pretty comfortable and aesthetic. Have had many stays with my family at this place, so it's technically our go to hotel in jaipur.

Room booked was super deluxe but the rooolm provide was deluxe with no amenities as mentioned during booking were available..

The overall stay was good, but faced some issues like No Wi-Fi, the TV was not working and bathing scene was complicated as there was only a bathtub which was not in a usable condition.

Our stay was disappointing—bathroom not working properly, room and bathroom lacked cleanliness, making the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant for us. Definitely not up to the expected standards.

The food and location were good, but the amenities were not provided. Moreover, the room we stayed in was different from what was shown on the website — we had booked a Super Deluxe room, but were given a Deluxe room instead.

prons. stay was good, food and restaurant was amazing. parking space available. Cons, bathroom floor tiles are same as of room therefore they are slippery, room service can be improved as food is not delivered in the room. Rest was good
