i was travelling from Agra to jaipur and book the hotel go stop lite with my wife. i had a worst experience there from gostop customer care as well as make my trip as well. The picture that was mentioned on make my trip was far different from the actual one and even we tried to contact there but the customer care didn't gave us any solution regarding this and even waste our time and spoil our trip. We want refund from them but they tried to make us fool to stay on call for resolution. I highly disappoint with the customer care of make my trip to not give any best solution that we required and more over worst hotel gostop lite jaipur.

Bathrooms and rooms are not hygienic. The staff at the front desk is not also very proactive as I have seen in other hostels. I doesn’t has a hostel vibe, it has more of a dormitory vibe.

My recent stay at Gostops Lite was incredibly comfortable and hassle free. The entire experience, from the moment I arrived to when I checked out, was smooth and efficient. The best part was the quick and easy check in and checkout process, which made my travel plans much less stressful. Its location is also a huge plus, with the railway station being just 1.5 km away, making it very convenient for travelers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Very nice stay. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. We did not face any type of difficulty though we stayed second time. Firstly we stayed on 11th June 2025 and now on 16th July 2025. Easy to locate location and location was central location. Did not face any problem in getting food and other Uber facility. Service was excellent. Thanks

The rooms were very dirty. There was lack of hygiene and smell was very bad. I travel very frequently to hostels but these was the worst I had ever stayed.
