Third class rooms smell everywhere power backup with 45 minute delay rooms are normal lodge like rooms whereas charging approx Rs 2800 for room never ever seen such horrible place to stay

Not maintained, Cleaning not done, Fan , AC, TV not working properly, staff not supportive, food quality not good rate high.

good place with reasonable expenses, staff is also good and cooperative, near by station bus stop and mark

Very bad experience no reminder for breakfast by hotel team and toiletries are also not available.

It’s one of the worst hotel i ever stayed. Hotel room’s are old design not same as shown in image and bathroom are not even clean . Bed make noise while seating

Location is perfect Room Size and Ambience is too good Staff Service is not good Staff were fighting in front of us at the time of check in. No one came to assist or for luggage service. I booked with breakfast but in the morning the staff said the 8.30 am restaurant will get open and I was about to leave at 08.00 am.

pathetic experience. Even basic amenities are not available. Hotel is quite old construction. No geaser in the room for hot water. No buffet breakfast available.Only room service. Foos ia also sourced from another Hotel.

The hotel have varieties of problem including issues with hot water, outside traffic noise, lift not working, pungent smell. Only thing that is good is the location. You can book tulip grand, a good one and adjacent to tulip palm. It is also part of tulip hotels.

Low class hotel with high class charges, zero facilities, hotel need maintenance. Beds, washrooms all are terrible. Mattress have bugs, dirty bedsheets, toilet sheet dirty leaking. Its was a nightmare for me

Unhygienic room and washroom. No toileteries. Waited 1hrs for breakfast. Entire floor was stinking with smoke. Total not good hotel to stay with kids. We entered in hotel in evening by 7 pm but still our rooms were not ready.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room lacked basic amenities like toiletries, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. To make matters worse, the intercom in the room wasn't working, and there was no geyser.The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem interested in addressing any of these issues. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Only plus point is it's location and price. Old property but at walking distance from c scheme, pubs, nightlife. My stay was for 25th Dec., 2024. Due to cloudy weather, we didn't got hot water for shower as the hotel has only solar powered water heaters. Complementary breakfast has very limited options, i. e., poha, butter, toast, tea, aloo parantha, and they serve it in your room.

Unhygienic, bad smell, dustbin full of trash, checked out within 15 minutes, ask for refund not received yet. Pathetic service. Don’t go there.

Nice and comfortable stay at tulip palm. Hotel staff behaviour is soft and cooperative. Cleaning and space of rooms are very good. All the amenities, market near the hotel. Local auto and cabs are easily available. Wonderful stay. Thanks.
