poor hospitality. Common Area, rooms corridor AC and lights are switched off..they are waiting some guest has to raise the demand.. even after that no AC is in working condition. swimming pool is in under maintenance.. One water glass was broken by my daughter.. it's cost is 200 rs. No value for money. buffet breakfast average.. rude receptionist.. when you demand water bottle they said abruptly disconnected

The food is okay. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is a bit isolated and far from the City centre so it is difficult to navigate to and fro without a personal car. But the staff is pretty nice.

this Ramada is way outside the city about 20kms away. so plan your trip accordingly. it's on Ajmer-Jaisighapura road. There's nothing around here, small shops are located about 2kms away. The approach roads are bad in stretches, best to come before sunset, so you can see the potholes. I would give it s 3.5 stars facility. Some 5 star conveniences are not in the room - like hair dryer (you have to ask for it) the Rooms are big and beds are comfy. Food is good, stick to N.I foods, it's good. I had their cannelloni, it wasn't great. The staff are very courteous and attend to your needs asap. we were here for a school meet at JPIS Mahapura, this was the nearest hotel. so stayed here for 4 days. the finishes and furnishings could use a renovation soon. I had a great experience staying at Ramada by Wyndham. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes and excellent service from the restaurant staff. The location is convenient, close to key attractions and easily accessible. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-equipped and clean. Overall, a great value for the comfort and hospitality provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

location is very far from jaipur and the road to the hotel is also not secure and very terrible poor

The condition of the pool of this property is very bad. I had bleeding from two places on my leg. The tiles are separated and there is moss all over the pool.

Refrigerator was not working. No visitor was allowed to come in the room. Wifi was poor. There was no rajma chawal in the menu. The swimming pool wasn’t clean as it had algae deposition at the bottom.

property location and way should be provided properly , we found that the property is well situated near highway but since it is not tagged on road . Google made us drive on a very bad road that was sort of bylane towards the hotel. food: best facilities and also kitchen available 24*7 , , it was a bliss for us as we needed milk anytime for my sister's kids. amenities: all was good. No English movie channels were available, and when I inquired at the front desk, they simply stated that they do not provide English movie channels. When I asked for further assistance, I was told to speak to their in-charge instead. And i didnt speak to someone for just a couple of hour movie so left it Additionally, my breakfast experience was unsatisfactory. I was served a half-cooked omelet and requested the steward to have it remade properly, but it was never served. Overall, this is not a ramada standard

The hotel is surrounded by vast open area which is neatly kept. The reception staff were nice, welcoming and accommodative. Hotel room was good for the price and it surely seemed value for money. The only problem area the connecting road to the hotel which is slightly far from the city but considering the price point it’s an overall lovely package.

The room was okay. To reach the location, the roads are under construction. Breakfast was okay type.

Firstly the resort was far away from city. While booking it was showing jaipur city centre. . When i reached the hotel in jaipur city centre. I came to know that my booking is made in jaisinghpura which is 22km from the present hotel. The hotel asked me to keep my luggage so that i can go out and explore jaipur in the mean while. They promised me to keep my luggage in locker room and gave me a luggage tag. On returning to the hotel found my luggage and laptop bag kept in the lobby next to the washroom. This was a very bad experience. After all this reached the actual hotel at jaisinghpura at 10 o'clock in the night. The road to the hotel is scary. On checking in the room found out that the rooms door has a big hole in the centre which is not covered and can be seen through easily. I was travel-ling with my wife. She got scared as this was compromise on the privacy. When i told the hotel staff about this i was curious by the reply they gave me. That sir no one will peep from this door. After all this when me and my wife fought with the management only then they gave us a different room. Also the hotel has its own kitchen which serves food at very high rice. One potion of biryani is 700rs. No outside food allowed.
