Very good location, near to Dwarka express way.amenities are excellent. Property is exactly behind a mall which makes your stay comfortably in evening where u cal stroll down.breakfast services are nice and aptly placed

The hote is not fully ready with construction work in progress. Also,the room quality is not up to the mark.Room had walls which had water seepage marks.The water tap was not fixed properly.The washroom mirror light was not working.Breakfast buffet was also not great.Overall the staff didn’t pay much attention to our stay.We went there to celebrate my sons birthday but they showed no interest even after watching ballon’s and cake.

Hotel is very new clean & fresh . Rooms are very well in terms of maintenance & amenities. Morning breakfast is good & well prepared thanks to the chef & team. Location & staff at the breakfast place is both great. However things that they need to upgrade are - 1. stop using recycled water in flush toilet it gives foil smell 2. The exhaust in the bathroom & corridor needs to be upgrades to a stronger suction as it felt very dizzy due to poor air circulation & hot vapor & toilet smell enters room due to poor auction force of exhaust. 3. Swimming pool was not open & maintained as per hotel standards.

I had booked my stay at Ramada encore through MMT and everything from check-in to check-out was a smooth experience. The hotel is located in a well frequented mall. They have an amazing spread of the complimentary buffet breakfast. The location of the pool is pretty cool. overall the experience was quite pleasant.
