Ramada by Wyndham Ahmedabad

It took me 30 min to check in. For the extra mattress we had to pay very high fee and the rooms were very small. Not even enough space to walk. Had to replace the room key 5 times before even opening it once

service is slow. I asked for TV technician yesterday at 20:50 hrs , reminded 4 times, no body turned up. luggage from Lobby was sent to room afyer 45 mts after several reminders. quality of dry fruits horrible. cashew were all black,broken ,very small size. staff not well trained particularly on front desk. even minimum toiletries are not kept.

Room is very good and arranged. Staff is good. Food is very good. Cleaning is nice. Quick room service.

Location, food,amenities and services are good. in room dining( food needs improvement. The ground floor restaurant is very hygienic. Good quality n team are polite n nice.

In terms of location, food and amenities the property is great. Peaceful location Good breakfast option, restaurant 24/7 open Amenities for business Traveller is up to the mark.

Based on the request, I have shared my membership ID also, but they have not updated the point after request. Additionally, the restaurant service is not so good.

Very rude check in people at checkin counter. Not bothered about the guests and are ok to let the guest go after taking full payment which is non refundable.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The stay was nice. Services were good. We got early check in. Staff was courteous. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. The shower was not working properly (slow)still we managed and not complained about it .

very bad service and not at all trained people at front desk. they keep doing lots of mess. only restaurant people are comparatively okay. if you really need peace then don't select this hotel.

Despite advance early check in request , the hotel charged me for 2 hours early check in. It was a corporate booking and we used this hotel regularly. Really poor customer experience, greedy staff.

Rooms are good & clean but service is not upto the level in the cost of the hotel . Basic things to be required in the rooms .

Nice hotel. Clean, spik and span. Good location. Excellent breakfast fast spread. Very good place to stay for business and family travels. Only issue is the slight off (chemical like) taste in the tap water- which probably could be a common feature in many hotels in gujarat.

Stay in ramada was amazing, i liked the most was the variety in breakfast and there were many options to eat. Rooms were neat and tidy, staff is very supportive and quick in service

Location of property was very convenient to us. Behavior of staff was very good. We needed medicine in the night at 3 am and they arranged it. Why the medicine was needed is another matter which we suspect was due to poor food quality at the property. There was renovation going on in some areas so there was lot of noise during day hours. Overall average experience

Ramada properties are my first choice. They are located in a strategic area where one can commute in the city easily. Location is very upmarket.
