Good Heritage property, well located. Food quality and taste below average

I booked a suite, room was big and well maintained. There was no lock on the bathroom door. Water supply stopped abruptly in the morning and I had to leave for the airport without a shower. I took a half board package. There was no option for a buffet. Non veg served was stale, even veg items didn't taste nice. I was seoa charged for butter milk which was unexpected, as there was no other beverage option given to us I went to the coffee shop in the morning. We were given a menu, from which most of the items were not available. There was no provision for towels in the swimming pool area.

Narain Niwas is a gem in the heart of Jaipur. The property is beautiful—every corner is thoughtfully and aesthetically designed. Waking up here feels like you’re in a resort. The greenery, chirping birds, and peacocks roaming freely create a serene atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Whether you're here for leisure or work, the ambiance invites you to slow down, relax and unwind. The hotel also houses the best restaurants in the city. A special mention to Mr. Yogendra and Gyan Singh, who were very attentive and honoured all my requests at breakfast happily.

Perfect place and luxury . Property has beautiful lawns and trees with peacock living makes it more into serene nature with birds chirping all day round. Property is soul soothing and food and staff are very good.

It was a wonderful experience at the Kabira Suite. The hotel was amazingly located. The amenities were superb and the staff was extremely helpful.

familyKanota suite offers better feeling of royal stay than garden suite. Only the bed at kanota suite is too high ( nearly 3 feet) and there is no step ladder provided, so for the elderly it is difficult to jump onto the bed. Garden suite walls have damp and a red plastic water kettle spoils the royal touch. Breakfast menu is very standard with no special offerings and very little customisation is possible toiletries offered were not great inf-act slippers tore off. Many switch points in room not working. Geyser in garden suite takes pretty long to heat the water, while kanota suite has efficient water heater. Location wise this property is superb.
