Service:
The worst I’ve ever experienced. Staff were either missing in action or seemed allergic to basic hospitality. Room service? More like room suspense—you’ll spend hours wondering if they’ll ever show up.
Swimming Pool:
An actual biohazard. It was half-filled, swarming with bugs, and even after repeatedly asking, they didn’t bother to clean or top it up. Not sure if they think that’s part of the “natural experience.”
Room Facilities:
No glasses provided in the rooms. When requested, I got flimsy plastic ones—because nothing screams luxury like disposable drinkware.
Restaurant:
Oh. My. God. The food was tasteless, overpriced, and felt like it had a personal grudge against flavor. Dining here was less a meal and more a punishment.
