My stay at Hotel Souvenir Peppermint was quite good. The food they offered was tasty and healthy and they also maintained proper hygiene. The location was also good and it was near to the Jaipur Station.

Terrible experience
Terrible property. not worth the price. dirty rooms with half the amenities not working. food was also very poor. We checked in and the room was smelling. The towels were torn, there were no toiletries, the Ac was not working properly. Then when we requested for an iron they gave us one which spoiled our clothes. We spent the first 1 hour trying to get a room change. The staff is not cooperative at all and the stay was not worth all the trouble.

extremely dirty hotel, no service, bad food,
3rd grade worst hotel. more than 15 years property. too shabby room , furniture, washroom smaller and dirty. tea cattle smalled. no amenities in room. worst food. breakfast not served on time, partly 2-3 items provided in old plastic, steel crockery, only one person in restaurant who was running here and their. I called for small small things in reception. no manager available. lift dirty,. location of hotel very bad.

Good Stay
It was good still there room for improvement like staff is really nice and helpful. But toilets and washroom still needs some extra cleaning i had to buy toilet paper from blink it. I asked the receptionist twice to send some toilet papers but didn’t get any.
