Hotel Indigo Heritage

The place turned out to be quite disappointing. It was shady, uncomfortable, and looked nothing like the pictures uploaded online. The surroundings were noisy and lacked the calm, peaceful atmosphere that was expected. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I reached at 11.30 p.m. manager help me to enter from beck gate. Good hotel. Co-operative staf. No complain.

Room was really small, but considering that it was in a very prime location it was value for money. Staff was quick and helpful. Food was served in the room. Since it was an overnight stay only, my requirements were met.

The rooms were very small. No proper parking. Staff was polite but for every request we had to ask 2-3 times.

Hotel is located at main hawa sadak so easily accessible. Courteous front desk staff. Food is also good.

It was a very pleasant stay experience at hotel indigo heritage jaipur with my family. The staff behaviour was very good and the overall atmosphere was very good and hospitality was excellent. The food quality and quantity served in the restaurant is also very good. We enjoyed a lot during our stay for 3 nights.
