extremely poor service and untidy rooms. when we arrived, there were no water bottles, i had to call the housekeeping thrice for water and then they arrive with the RO bottle without asking my preference of mineral water or normal... on asking for TWO dental kit specifically , they sent just one... no hand towels. sheet waste of money...not sure how they have 4+ rating

I want to remain anonymous for this review as it is not the best one for them. The room that we were allotted was filled with cockroaches and other insects, no proper toiletries were given and even after asking for Wifi access we were not provided that, we specially went downstairs to the reception to ask for it, but in vain as the receptionist was too busy to not spare a moment to tell us passwords. Now, coming to the good part, the food was good, the ambience was nice gave a palace vibe, rooms were okay.

Pretty poor in all respect. The waiter had no idea about the menu available. The receptionist was pathetic

Nirbana is best
Everything was so good and nice hospitality. Room were very neat and clean. Food was good and breakfast was good

Mixed Experience
Hotel Rooms are small, but Asthetics are good. Will recommend to not pre book Dinner/Lunch with Hotel as then they provide limited food with huge Delays.

Excellent Stay
The hotel ambience was good, we were nicely greeted and welcomed. Staff was cooperative and food taste was also good. Overall a good experience, one should prefer staying if travelling with family.

Extra bed Charge 1500/- without any Facilities
location is in Nerro street If you are coming or going you cannot pass through that street without getting stranded no welcome drink there. The behaviour of the receptionist lady was also very rude. extra bed cost toomuch hight it's morethen 5star hotel it's 1500/-person. online rate showing less but she need morethen like 3time
