Terrible Hotel Experience !

15th August - 16th August 2025. Terrible hotel and Services …. Rooms are in pathetic condition, full of dirt and musty smell. Using old bed sheets, full of stains and bad smell. No towels, No toiletries, No water in the shower, No power supply in the rooms, Aircoms and in bad condition seems with servicing, No mini fridge in the room. Staff is least bothered about all this and getting replies like this is what we have and if you want to stay it’s up to you and we can’t do anything much in this. I called up for some food options to eat at 6pm and they denied and said we don’t have chef available please call after 7:30pm or order from outside. Breakfast:- No plates to eat, Empty food pans kept and should wait for 15-20 minutes for one empty tea cup to get from kitchen. No staff in the hotel to listen and understand the guest basic needs. City was sold out and I was helpless to stay at this place otherwise I never ever prefer to continue my stay for one night.

1. Cockroach found in washroom. 2. First given room no 301 and lock was jammed we were pushing the door and then one of your executive pushed the door more forcefully and then it got opened. 3. Room no 301 ac was not working and water was not coming in the washroom and they said they will change the rooms to 302 and 303 after that bedsheets were not clean there were hair on the bedsheets and again ac’s were not working and worker came and said you cans switch on the ac after 10 minutes and it got switched on late night around 2 am, water drainage problem in wash basin. 4. There was no one on reception during check out as we were unable to ask them about the breakfast and i have kept the key card at the reception.

Property is fine, We checked in late night but there was no Manager there... poor housekeeping staff was managing the entire property.... The breakfast quality was fine but didn't have any options... I have stayed in this hotel earlier that experience was good but now the service and the washrooms are bad, The exhaust was not working in any rooms and the fan was making a weird sound throughout... I hope they maintain the property as it was earlier...
