Dirty towels, bed and bedsheet. . Bathroom also average. Breakfast was ok

The stay was an amazing experience hotel location was on the road. The hotel was well maintained and clean. I requested the no smoking room as earlier room allotted was having a lot of smoking smell they changed my room immediately the room was not much spacious but it was well maintained and clean washroom was also very clean . The staff was very polite and helpful overall a great experience . will love to visit again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Jaipur Legacy and had a great experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city. Areas for Improvement as per me is:- - Food quality could be better - Some minor issues with room amenities Overall I would recommend Hotel Jaipur Legacy to others and would consider staying there again in the future.

The rooms were nice and clean, the food was also good and delivered quickly. The only lacking point was the service on otherwise. Like I requested for empty glass, received after 90 mins and 4 reminders, asked for an iron which I never received.

All the facilities, services weee good. Only problem was the room which was “smoking allowed” room and odour of smoking was unbearable. Ideally smoking should be prohibited in rooms or only allowed in rooms with attached balconies.

Rooms was ok, Room service was poor, complimentary water bottles, tea bags and toiletries weren't provided, even after reminding the same wasn't made available.

Ac not working water everywhere on floor not at all freindly enviornment full of disturbance noise all over night

Matress not comfortable

It was decent experience, there was an issue with ac which they fixed apart from that no problems. Also at the moment time of checkout the guy asked to pay more and then we asked for the bill in which the amount was less. So please check bills before checking out.

There was no proper water supply in the bathrooms of the hotel. The AC was not working properly. The fan was also not working properly and no facility was provided by the reception.
