In the description while booking the resort, it was written that drinking is allowed within resort premises but the guy on reception didn’t allow this + his tone of communication was very unprofessional

Poor Stay
Location and ambiance was good but the maintenance was poor.Could not sleep because of mites I the bed,bed linen were dirty and stinking.Food was average.

Excellent Stay
The property is located just next to the sprawling Kanota Lake. It is located in the suburbs, away from the city crowd. The Lake view cottages were true to the name with a beautiful view right from the room. The property is very well maintained and green. The swimming pool , though , looked slightly non inviting while it was beautifully located and gave the appearance of an infinity pool. The staff was very good and the food was fantastic. The cozy restaurant was well maintained and offered a nice variety of tasty food.

Lake view room
The room condition was very poor. There were cockroaches in the room. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned.

Two day stay at kanota resorts
We stayed at the luxury tent. They also had a treehouse which is usually booked out. The location was not very difficult to find as they had boards everywhere. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food was also great. The only concern was the washroom cleanliness, but i was okay with it since it was a tent i was staying in.

Unsafe location extremely rude behaviour of staff unhygiene
coupleI made my booking on 23 october 2023 8:00 pm i reached at 11:30 pm at resort there was no one to open main gate of resort i open main gate park the car one guy came running they cleaning swimming pool when get out the car there very extremely bad smell in atmosphere coz of blockage of water when i ask staff what kind smell is coming from i met mr ashish chauhan for check in this guy said me (ye koan sa tym h ane ka) at that we thinking we spend 6500rs for night for this resort (mistake) very unprofessional sound when go to room was not clean bathroom use previously was not clean dust around room furniture big issue of cleanness pool was not clean

familyThe cottage is a mix of nature and all outdoor activities. Can experience water sports, swimming pool and nature trails. Property is big and clean. Sharma ji the caretaker is a one man show and he is managing excellently. Only not connected with the market place as it is located near lake.
