Poor Stay
The room was good but I found the receptionist and staff quite unprofessional. Location wise property is good but the services provided is not up to the mark. I will not recommend this hotel to be used specially when you are with your family.

Average Stay
My experience was not good with hotel. Firstly, i checked in at 10 pm but no one bothered to call me all day or before thar check if i ll be checking on time or not. Secondly, when i checked in i was put in an absolutely new room which was not furnished properly. There was no table or chair, no wifi or not even a coffee table to keep our stuff. While booking we were promised TV, table chair, wifi none of which was available. Thirdly, we had no idea there is club like place right inside the property and i was given the room next to it, they said the loud music will stop at 10pm but it did not stop until 12 am. It was my exam next morning and it was immpossible to sleep. Worst thing because it was quite late i was left with no other option but to stay there

Sunder Palace Jaipur Stay Review.
The property is located in one of the finest area, no traffic around. Hospitality was amazing. I got my room bit late though, but it was clean and hygienic. The staff was courteous. Checkout process was also easy. Got humbly greeted by receptionist and the operation manager.

Peaceful and classy royal location
I personally really like the location because it's almost in the middle of everything. I have a cng car and gas station was also not so far. About the ambiance and staff i would like to give 5 star. About the basic things i believe they need to improve like welcome kit welcome gestures and may other things which makes your realize special guest.

One of the better budget hotels. Good experience
1. Location is good. It is 10 min drive from hawa mahal and city palace and like a 50 min drive from amer fort but the road nearing hawa mahal is very congested (not their fault of course. Also there are a bunch of good restaurants in the same lane. You can go for a drink or eat at around 3-4 restaurants which are like 100 m away. This is important since they dont exactly encourage hotel dining. We ordered food and bought beers to the room (which they happily allowed in their fridge. There is also a market nearby. 2. Parking space is an issue. There is space for just 4 cars and that is outside the hotel premises but they have security camera housed for parking lot. Plus there is police station like 50 m away. 3. Aesthetics is where it shines. For a budget hotel it does a good job showcasing its rajput heritage. You can find rajout styled pictures and weapons in the corridor. 4. Rooms are also big and nice. But dont expect 5 star luxury. Imagine if you are in a regular room with few changes highlighting rajput design elements. But for a budget room, these are good. 5. While infra is good maintainence has issues. The rooftop restaurant while it looks great and is cheap, it did not have great food and did not even had coke. Plus menu was limited with just one cook who doubled up as waiter. It was more like they did not get a lot of customers anyway. But it is beautiful so do visit to just hang around - they wont care if you dont buy anything. The open lawn was also slighly dirty but again nice. For day 1, we did not get warm water in the shower though after an hour they did bring it to our room in a bucket. Day 2 we did get it. But please note that what they lack in infra, they make it up with sure but slow customer service. But again for a budget price, you cannot be too critical. Especially when their room service is good - as in they will take their time but they will do the job and are generally nice to talk to. 5. Overall, great infrastructure and we liked it in general. Will certainly recommend to a budget traveller (inr 1365/room. However if you are used to 3 star hotel luxury and not used to compromising, then you should give it a miss and book something in inr 2000 range. I have seen much worse budget hotels at much higher prices - so it does a great job for me.

Pathetic hotel
We were given a pathetic room in name of deluxe room. It didn't have even proper bed. Two single beds were joined together. The tv was of 90s type. The bed, blanket, towel were unhygienic. It's a total waste of money. We had to change the hotel. Not recommended. Avoid this hotel if you want to save your money and peace of mind.
