The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were excellent—friendly and attentive, and the rooms were pleasant. However, the experience was severely marred by the hotel management. They were incredibly rude and attempted to extort (for an inexpensive, local kettle) for simply warming milk, causing a stressful and unnecessary hour-long delay.

Pathetic experience!

Reserved 2 rooms and got one allotted after 2pm and that after a lot of fight. People coming after us got room before us. Slippers and hand-towels were not provided even after such delayed room allotment. And only received these on the second day that too after asking for them separately. Very poor management. Rooms are small and even suite is very small. Most pathetic part was we asked for extra water bottles and we were charged for water as they said only 4 bottles per day are free! Imagine a 4 star hotel charging for water bottles. Also the bottle had MRP of Rs.8/- and we were told it was Rs.20/- per bottle. Literally felt like I booked a local 2 star hotel which tries to mug you on every little thing possible

Really good property and it is nice place for have with family. Breakfast is decent but limited options and taste wise OK ok. Receptionist is not cooperated while checking also not supported to for early check-in when there is enough rooms are available.
