Scope of improvement - service is rather slow, one can expect a long waiting period if there are a lot of guests. They provide one jug of ro water (no mineral water) overall, really comfortable stay in a beautiful Ratnawali A Vegetarian Heritage Hotel during the long weekend.

We booked the ac family room and it was quite spacious with a pretty balcony. The Ratnawali A Vegetarian Heritage Hotel services were excellent and they resolved our minor stay issues quickly. The complementary breakfast was also delicious with many options. Overall, they had great ambiance and polite staff.

There was electricity problem several times, the lights were in and out, beds were too small despite of the point that they charged us extra amount though we paid the payment in advance. Hot water was available for limited and selective time. It was very bad experience at this place.
