The property was well maintained and built. The Hotel staff is good. The redtaurant staff is needs improvement in arrangement and behavior. There is also some basic lack of amenities and toiletories.

Property is at good location next to big market M I Road, neat and clean roads around hotel, near to Babu market the shopper choice. Food was good along with prompt room service

The hotel is situated near Panch Batti and Raj mandir Centrally located The food and breakfast quality is less oily and tasty. Room's are best n comfert with all amenities Specially Room no. 109 The staff are very polite and cooperative . visit 5th time

We have chosen ratnawali for our family stay at jaipur. Hotel location is good and ambience maintained was good. Food quality is ok. We had bad experience in services of management. There was problem in flush of our room which has not been solved by management and surprisingly they asked us to bear with the prolem. We denied for the same and changed the room. Further the cook kitchen manager was not professional and we had to ask for everything we need which is disgusting. His response was not satisfactory. Overall not a good experience. I will give two stars for hotel ambience and ok quality of food.

We booked the ac family room and it was quite spacious with a pretty balcony. The hotel services were excellent and they resolved our minor stay issues quickly. The complementary breakfast was also delicious with many options. Overall, they had great ambiance and polite staff.

Food and room are not worth the money. Room are very small. Food quality and taste below average. Do not fall for pics on mmt. Hotel is very average

Location of the hotel is good, near to many of the sightseeing attractions. Local transportation can be easily available. The hotel is designed beautifully, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Scope of improvement - service is rather slow, one can expect a long waiting period if there are a lot of guests. They provide one jug of ro water (no mineral water) overall, really comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel during the long weekend.

There was electricity problem several times, the lights were in and out, beds were too small despite of the point that they charged us extra amount though we paid the payment in advance. Hot water was available for limited and selective time. It was very bad experience at this place.
