We had a worst stay experience ever. Smelly and unclean especially bathroom. Staff non coordinating even after several requests to upgrade the room. He said in morning we will transfer you to the premium room having window. But in morning, he was fooling us by saying yes, it's getting clean, then he said that room can't be given because guest has extended their stay, etc. Then why he did false commitment and spoke lie to us! atlas t we had to leave after 12 pm. This stay has wasted our money on this hotel, then to book new hotel, conveyance. Also, we didn't able to visit any place till that time, spoiled our mood and journey, vacation! we headed straight from bengaluru to visit jaipur, but all wasted! in the night other guests (group of boys rhen, two families)made lots of noise in the corridor and there were noise of banging the door. Could not sleep the entire night. After 3am, we went for sleep. Take strict action against this hotel
