Terrible Stay

Troobe Vinnies in Jaipur and had a very disappointing experience. The bathroom size are extremely small, making the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the room service was very poor — slow response and lack of proper attention to guest needs, as per listed pics and details hotel is having restaurant but as per staff it’s under maintenance and mobile signal in rooms and even WiFi is not working. Overall, not worth the money. Would not recommend staying here.

Pathetic Stay

only location of the hotel was good and nothing else.. hospitality was zero.. lift not working.. 2 bottles per day in a room was refilled RO water.. Reception staff was totally money minded person.. standard rooms does not even have signal accessibility and mobile network were not coming.. view of backroom was dumphouse.. room refrigerator not available.. would not recommend this hotel and would not call it even 3 star hotel.. food service not available though menu was given in rooms.. call at reception mostly go unattended

loved the room and location

Room was clean , the bath tub was clean and they took care of hygiene as well. Location of the hotel is also good you can get easy access to anything you want, you can go for shopping nearby and can hangout in a good cafe near by. I couldn’t try hotel food other than that i had a good stay . I would highly recommend to visit this hotel .

Hi Team, Thanks for reaching out. I had booked two rooms, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't fully satisfactory. In one of the rooms, the kettle wasn’t working, and the intercom/phone was non-functional, so I had to go downstairs just to place a dinner order, which was quite inconvenient. Also, for an extra guest, I was charged a very high amount, which felt unreasonable, especially since we had already booked the room in advance. Hope this feedback helps in improving future stays.
